Course Policy & Terms of Use

All Med Dent EDU programs are continuing education and clinical training programs provided for educational purposes only.

Participation in any course:

• Does not guarantee clinical competency
• Does not provide certification or licensure
• Does not guarantee specific clinical outcomes
• Does not guarantee case volume or procedural complexity

Live-patient education involves inherent variability. Clinical exposure depends on patient availability, medical appropriateness, informed consent, and professional judgment.

Payment Requirements

• Payment is generally required at the time of registration
• Payment plans may be offered at Med Dent EDU’s sole discretion
• All balances must be paid prior to course attendance

ALL COURSE FEES ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE.

Due to advance coordination of patients, faculty, clinical staff, facilities, and logistics, Med Dent EDU does not offer refunds, credits, or chargebacks for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Cancellation by the participant
• Illness or personal emergencies
• Travel delays or transportation issues
• Dissatisfaction with course content
• Changes in professional or personal circumstances

Submitting payment constitutes acceptance of this policy.

Requests to move to a different course date may be considered at Med Dent EDU’s discretion and may be subject to administrative or rescheduling fees.

Due to patient coordination and clinical scheduling requirements, date changes may be restricted.

Failure to attend a scheduled course without prior written approval from Med Dent EDU may result in forfeiture of all course fees.

In the unlikely event that Med Dent EDU cancels a course due to unforeseen circumstances, participants may be offered either:

• A transfer to a future course date, or
• A refund, at Med Dent EDU’s discretion

No additional compensation will be provided.

Participants acknowledge that live-patient clinical education involves inherent risks.

By enrolling, you agree that:

• You are solely responsible for your clinical decisions and actions
• You assume all risks associated with course participation
• You will maintain appropriate professional liability insurance

Med Dent EDU provides education and supervision but does not assume responsibility for participant clinical judgment.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Med Dent EDU LLC shall not be liable for any injuries, damages, losses, claims, or outcomes arising from or related to course participation, including but not limited to clinical results, patient complications, or professional consequences.

All course materials, content, images, videos, presentations, and educational resources are the exclusive property of Med Dent EDU LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, recording, or use of any materials is strictly prohibited.

You agree to use the Med Dent EDU website for lawful purposes only and not to:

• Interfere with website functionality
• Attempt unauthorized access
• Misuse content or intellectual property

Violation of these Terms may result in restricted access or legal action.

Med Dent EDU reserves the right to modify these Course Policy & Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the website or participation in courses constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction.

Any legal claim arising from these Terms or course participation must be brought within the legally permitted timeframe. The prevailing party in any action may be entitled to recover reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs.
