All Med Dent EDU programs are educational in nature. Participation in any course does not guarantee clinical competency, certification, licensure, or specific procedural outcomes.

Live-patient courses involve inherent clinical variability. Med Dent EDU does not guarantee:

• A specific number of surgeries or implants
• Case volume or procedural complexity
• Clinical outcomes or post-course performance

Clinical exposure depends on patient availability, medical appropriateness, informed consent, and professional judgment.

Payment Terms

• Full payment is generally required at the time of registration
• Payment plans may be offered at Med Dent EDU’s discretion
• Enrollment is confirmed only after payment is received

All course fees are final and non-refundable.

Due to advance coordination of patients, clinical staff, facilities, and logistics, Med Dent EDU does not offer refunds, credits, or chargebacks for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Cancellation or no-show
• Illness or personal emergencies
• Travel delays or flight issues
• Dissatisfaction or change of circumstances

Submitting payment constitutes acceptance of this policy.

Requests to move to a different course date may be considered at Med Dent EDU’s discretion and may be subject to administrative or rescheduling fees.

Date changes are generally not permitted within 30 days of the course start date due to patient coordination and clinical scheduling requirements.

In the unlikely event that Med Dent EDU cancels a course due to unforeseen circumstances (including force majeure), participants will be offered either:

• A transfer to a future course date, or
• A refund, at Med Dent EDU’s discretion

No additional compensation will be provided.

Participation in live-patient clinical education involves inherent risks. By enrolling, participants acknowledge and accept full responsibility for their clinical decisions and actions.

Participants must maintain their own professional liability insurance.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Med Dent EDU LLC shall not be liable for any injuries, damages, losses, or outcomes arising from course participation.

All content on this website—including text, images, videos, course materials, presentations, and digital assets—is the exclusive property of Med Dent EDU LLC and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of any materials is strictly prohibited.

These policies and terms are governed by applicable jurisdictional law. Any legal claim must be brought within one (1) year of accrual or will be permanently barred.

The prevailing party in any legal action shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs.
