Courses for Live-Patient Implant Dentistry Education

Med Dent EDU offers structured, live-patient implant dentistry courses designed exclusively for licensed dentists. Our programs focus on surgical execution, clinical judgment, and real-world application—not observation-only learning or lecture-based CE.

Since 2015, Med Dent EDU has delivered immersive hands-on training that progresses from foundational implant placement through advanced sinus augmentation and into complete full-arch All-on-X digital workflows. Each course is intentionally limited in size to ensure true one-on-one mentorship and direct participation in live surgery.

These courses are built for clinicians who want predictable, repeatable skills they can confidently implement in their own practices.

Courses Built Around Live Surgery and Mentorship

All Med Dent EDU courses are centered on live-patient surgical training. Dentists work chairside with experienced faculty who guide each case from diagnosis and planning through execution and post-operative decision-making.

Across all course levels, participants benefit from:

  • Live-patient surgery with direct clinical responsibility
  • Small cohorts limited to three to four dentists
  • One doctor per chair with dedicated surgical support
  • CBCT-driven diagnosis, treatment planning, and risk management
  • Modern implant systems, grafting protocols, and digital workflows
  • Real-time feedback, complication management, and case review

Courses are primarily hosted in Dominican Republic, offering an all-inclusive clinical environment that allows clinicians to focus fully on surgical mastery.

Basic Implantology

LEVEL

Level 2 – Intermediate Implant Placement builds upon foundational skills and introduces more complex clinical scenarios. This course is ideal for dentists who already place implants and want to expand their indications and surgical confidence.

Participants gain hands-on experience with immediate extraction placement, anterior implant cases, guided surgery concepts, and advanced grafting techniques. PRF and PRP protocols are introduced to enhance healing and case predictability.

Advanced Sinus Lift Techniques

LEVEL
03

Level 3 – Advanced Sinus Lift Training is focused on predictable posterior maxillary rehabilitation using proven sinus augmentation protocols. Dentists perform both crestal (internal) and lateral window sinus lift procedures under direct faculty supervision.

Hands-on training includes membrane management, bone grafting, implant placement in augmented sites, PRF and PRP integration, and CBCT-driven sinus planning and risk assessment. This course prepares clinicians to safely manage advanced posterior cases in their own practices.

Level 4 – Full Arch / AOX Digital Workflow is Med Dent EDU’s most advanced course, designed for clinicians seeking complete All-on-X surgical and restorative execution. Participants train across the entire digital workflow, from planning to same-course provisional delivery.

Training includes photogrammetry, intraoral scanning, advanced CBCT-based planning, guided and freehand full-arch surgery, in-clinic 3D printing, and prosthetic delivery using the MaxScrew direct-to-MUA protocol. Dentists complete three full-arch patient cases with close faculty mentorship throughout.
