Basic & Intermediate Implantology – Live Patient Surgical Training
Implant Placement Course #1 combines foundational and intermediate implantology into one comprehensive live-patient surgical training program. The course is designed for dentists who are beginning implant placement, seeking to strengthen their surgical fundamentals, or looking to expand their confidence into more advanced everyday implant cases.
Participants progress from proper diagnosis and treatment planning through predictable implant placement and increasingly complex surgical scenarios. The program emphasizes a systematic approach to patient selection, CBCT interpretation, surgical anatomy, flap design, osteotomy preparation, implant placement, suturing, post-operative management, and occlusal fundamentals.
As participants develop their core surgical skills, training advances into immediate implant placement following extraction, anterior implant cases, guided surgery concepts, bone grafting techniques, and management of more challenging clinical situations. PRF and PRP protocols are also introduced as part of the surgical workflow to support healing and improve case predictability.

Live-Patient Education Without Simulation or Observation
Implant Placement Course #1 training is delivered entirely through live-patient surgery. There are no typodonts, no simulated models, and no observation-only cases.
Each participant:
- Works directly on live patients
- Is assigned one chair with dedicated clinical support
- Receives continuous chairside mentorship
- Participates in real case planning and execution
- Learns to manage intraoperative decisions in real time
