Level 4 – Full Arch / AOX Digital Workflow is Med Dent EDU’s most advanced live-patient training program, designed for licensed dentists ready to perform immediate-load full-arch rehabilitation using modern digital workflows. This course places clinicians directly into the complete All-on-X process—from diagnosis and digital planning through surgical execution and same-course provisional delivery.
This is not theory-based education and not observation-only training. Dentists actively plan, place, and restore full-arch cases on live patients under close faculty mentorship, gaining experience that directly translates into private practice implementation.
Purpose of Level 4 Training
The goal of Level 4 is to prepare clinicians to confidently execute full-arch implant treatment using both guided and freehand techniques while integrating digital planning, 3D printing, and immediate provisionalization.
Level 4 builds upon the surgical discipline developed in Level 1 – Basic Implantology, Level 2 – Intermediate Implant Placement, and Level 3 – Advanced Sinus Lift Training, and represents the culmination of Med Dent EDU’s clinical training pathway.
Live-Patient Full-Arch Training Without Shortcuts
All Level 4 training is delivered through live-patient full-arch cases. Participants are not observers—they are the operating clinicians, supported chairside by experienced faculty throughout every phase of treatment.
Each participant benefits from:
- Live-patient full-arch immediate-load cases
- Three full-arch cases per course (one per day)
- One doctor per chair with dedicated surgical and prosthetic support
- Small cohorts limited to three to four dentists
- Continuous chairside mentorship and case-specific guidance
