Advanced Full Arch & Pterygoid Surgery Course #4 represents the highest level of Med Dent EDU surgical training and is designed for experienced implant clinicians seeking to advance beyond conventional Full Arch / All-on-X treatment into complex freehand surgery and pterygoid implant placement.

Building upon the complete digital workflow taught in Course #3, participants advance their understanding of Full Arch diagnosis, CBCT-based planning, photogrammetry, intraoral scanning, multi-unit abutments, digital prosthetic design, in-clinic 3D printing, and provisional delivery while placing greater emphasis on advanced surgical execution.

A major component of the course is an advanced review of posterior maxillary and pterygoid anatomy, including CBCT-based anatomical evaluation, implant trajectory planning, restorative positioning, and identification of critical anatomical structures. Participants learn how pterygoid implants may be incorporated into selected Full Arch treatment plans requiring advanced posterior support.

The surgical component emphasizes freehand Full Arch surgery, requiring participants to translate their digital treatment plan into accurate clinical execution without depending exclusively on surgical guides. Training focuses on developing the anatomical knowledge, surgical judgment, implant positioning skills, and restorative awareness necessary for advanced Full Arch treatment.

Participants work through advanced live-patient Full Arch cases under close faculty supervision, connecting the surgical procedure to the complete digital and restorative workflow through provisional delivery.
